Jason's flat note shows they're singing live, as does a moment towards the end of The Flood where they're singing Ohh ahh ... Rob does an extra one - that's not on the recorded version - when he's looking at Gary.

Basically they feed the sound of the band to the singers so that they can hear the track that they are singing to. If you've ever been to a concert you'll know how hard it is to hear the music above the screaming of the audience :)

You can just see he's struggling for the key which is easy to do when you have all that noise from the monitors. It might seem fkkkng loud and obvious, but it's so loud they'll barely be able to hear what's coming out of their mouths despite the in-ears. LOVE LOVE LOVE xxx
