you seriously need to turn your graphics settings down a bit, the framerates here are terrible. (looks about 10 FPS to me maybe less) I take it you used fraps or similar to record this? (fraps is using up valuable computer resources and killing your game)
I shudder to think how many FPS you get outside on these settings :)
if you use the video editor within the game you can play and edit your video at lower settings and resolutions
then turn everything up as high as you like to render the video.
