  • Moby ??

  • Hello there! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my cousin lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • all ab vids are plagued by spam

  • This guy is spot on about nutrition. Just eat more WHOLE foods.

  • Jog for an hour daily and you gonna get a six pack , guaranteed.

  • u r bald, but good info

  • shit this guy just gave me a chemistry, biology, dietary lesson all in 1......<3

  • All plants have complete proteins, its fact

  • haha...pink pillow..

  • How do you maintain lean muscle if you don't consume atleast 1g of protein per Lbs?

  • Think of anything thats green.... *thinks of grass :D* lol great video.

  • dude i love that zipup where did you get it, an what brand is it?

  • so the best abs diet is.......... ? damn i hate this videos that are blablablabla and at the end what was the answer ?

  • constructive comment, i thought milk was basidic u said dairy promotes acidicness or w/e

  • take ur vegan book and shove it up ur ass pussy face dick licker . I'm goig to guy buy a live chicken cuts it's fucking head off and cook that mother fucker while I get my six pack mm good .... ass clown

  • @dviper25 I'm not a vegan, but there are reports that animal products increases the chance of excess amount of protein intake and lead to diseases such as diabetes and other numerous diseases caused by over consumption of protein and cholesterol. Unlike what the popular beliefs say, even chicken breast promotes these diseases. I'm not saying you should be a vegan, and neither is yelkaim1, but it's good not to over do it on the meat. I wish you blessings in every thing you do. : )

  • @dviper25 i het your point but you sound mental

  • I like all ur past videos but u made urself sounds pretty stupid in this one... first of all i have a bio degree in protein is essential in a diet. I mean lean protein . like chicken fish turkey... yes u r right about eating whole foods... but let me say one thing. way back in history when man was first hear that is all they ate was meat and maybe apples and some vegetables maybe but there diets consisted of meat. do u think these people were ripped and had great bodies... fuck ya.. they didn

  • @dviper25 Maybe you should have spent less time studying biology and taken a few literature or writing classes. Being illiterate doesn't help convey you point buddy.

  • @dviper25 actually, archeologists found traces of fruits (as a person with a biology degree I'm sure you know what those are) on teeth of first humans. So you are wrong about the whole concept of the first man's diet. Fruit is the most natural food of humans. BTW, bio degree does not guarrantee that you are educated in nutrition and you obviously missed the entire acid-alkaline concept. Oh well, at least you sound intelligent :-)

  • oatmeal with blue berries for breakfats, -egg whites, salmon, tuna, chickn 4 lunch- salad with the same meat and some walnuts for dinner. mix a protein shake during the day twice somewhere in between meals. stay away from sugar drinks, beer, processed foods and mix in some weight training and cardio 3-4 times a week. u will see the difference if ur disciplined and consistent. this guy is turning this into a science project

  • What's the weight you have to be to get abs cuz I read something that said you have to weight.... Amount to get abs so is that right or not?

  • @your12Error if you want crazy abs that are toned to tits, you would need under 9% body fat

  • yes finally someone understands

  • counting cals...is sooooooo dumb....PEOPLE YOU CANt EAT YOUR SELF A BETTER BODY...YOU NEED TO TRAIN HARD AND EAT CLEAN TO COMPLIMENT YOUR HARD WORK...

  • Online Asian wives **lushfmlk.info**

  • This is a HUGE help, and some of you other guys on here? What's the matter with you and the language you use?

  • You're a wonderful help.

  • oubviously hes not about being huge and i like his advice but going on to say thsat people shouldint eat meat or should only eat it one or twice a week is ridiculous

  • lol wtf are u talking about not eating meat everyday dont try and force ur vegan ways on others look at the thousands of people who eat meat and are in amazing shape no wonder ur tiny u eat only brocoli

  • @generalgeonocide You're a moron, this guy ain't about being HUGE, he's about burning fat.. asshat.

  • @generalgeonocide I'm a vegitarian and can probably kick you ass. So don't go there. Body doesn't have to have it every meal, every day. He never said to stop eating it altogether, just balance out what you eat. It's just advice.

  • I lift weights 4 times a week (heavy) and run 3 miles 4 times a week. Should I not eat proteins with every meal? 4 - 5 meals a day?

  • @MikesMethods hi, how many natural whole foods can you name that don't have any protein in them? Of course some foods are better for protein than others but it is not hard to get more than enough protein without eating meat.

  • @imnotabear From what I understand and I'm no expert, it's not so much the protein your body needs but the amino acids inside the protein. Although something like a soy bean can be a source for protein, it lacks the essential amino acids your body needs. Your body cannot produce these amino acids and can only obtain them from meat.

  • @MikesMethods Yes, amino acids are the building blocks of protein and, strictly speaking, you don't need to eat protein at all, just the amino acids and they are a part of everything that lives, pretty much. In fact, eating the base amino acids is more efficient than cleaving and breaking up proteins to get them as the proteins are not used in your body as is. You can substitute essential amino acid for protein in my original statement.

  • @imnotabear that's contrary to everything I've read, but it doesn't really matter to me. One health expert will always disagree with another and as far as I'm concerned, there are no certainties. I will still eat meat simply because I enjoy it. Fruits and vegetables can never fill me up and I will be depressed if that's all I had to eat. I once tried an all vegetable, fruit and wheat diet before that lasted a month to quickly lose weight and felt deprived of quality of life. Hated life actually

  • do you eat any kind of meat?

  • What do you think about frozen veggies?

They say they still have all the minerals etc,

    but I'm always skeptical.

  • Solid advice.

  • @anilpunk007 be patient, you might learn something.

  • What do you think about vegetarian products. I always check to make sure there aren't a lot of weird chemicals in them, but do you think they're good for my body?

  • im starting to like the idea of becoming vegeterian....but wll i still get muscle gain in the gym?....btw nice vid

  • @UBOATss yes, there are vegetarian and vegan bodybuilders as well.

  • Comment removed

  • ohh same theory as me:D

  • what is with the pink pillow and what happened to Jackson? where'd ya go little buddy?

  • l don't need to lose weight but I love to work out and be healthy. I think society is so consumed (metaphorically speaking) with losing weight or eating, they forget the point of food: yes it's to be enjoyed, but primarily, for survival. We put food up on this huge pedestal, but it's obvious: eat nutritious food, get off your butt, learn to accept your natural body weight and you'll be just fine.

  • @lovethatlook01 ... agreed...

people allow society and media to manipulate them into getting "diet obsessed" to a point where it becomes impractical. People should learn to work WITH their body nature rather than against it.. There is a major difference between looking "fit" and actually being healthy..

  • What about bread and carbs? For breakfast I usually eat a bowl of cereal and for lunch i have a flatbread sandwich. How often should carbs be eaten, because you said to cut down the meats to about 2 time a week? This is a great video by the way!

  • @JMiLL3R91 I can give you my opinion if it's worth anything to you... I would say you have to figure out what works for you. Some people seem to work best on 80% carbs, some people seem to prefer 40 or 50% fats. I know speaking percents is a little against what he's talking about, but figure out whether you feel best eating more apples, or more avacadoes.

  • By 'high protient diets' do you mean things like Atkins which cuts out other food types?

  • You are on to something
