  • hehe you're adorable. I'm now getting an English teacher to check over my Reason statement for Working Holiday visa. I just watched your video and noticed our reasons are pretty much the same and almost in the same order wahah. Only i haven't mentioned fun anywhere, probably because i'm almost twice your age, but also because i find "learning" and challenging activities fun.

    Anyway this video is probably quite old, so i hope you had a wonderful time in Japan. Very useful video.

  • daddy pay everything? jesus, talk about a walking sterotype kid.

  • I swear...this is exactly how I feel!!!

  • Maybe you can do that in another country, but not here in Japan.

    The Immigration will find out right away !

    Anyway, you will be asked for proper ID`s before you can work.

    Good luck !

  • lol police in the background

  • hi ^^ my english is bad...

    but..you looks 1/2 japanese...

  • Chinese and Japanese characters are similar, so if you do learn Chinese then it will be quite simple, at least when writing or reading it.

  • are you kidding??They are completely different languages. I can read write speak and understand Chinese but know nothing in Japanese.

  • honeyslip. yeah. lol. many people assume it's merely syntax.. it's alot more than that(speech). mcheng87 is only right that they are similar. (Kanji and mandarin characters). But just because one can speak one that it will make the other easier for them to learn? It does not!! I can't say he's completely wrong because some,not all, but some of Kanji is the same as Chinese. (example love character.)I reckon its easier to read from japanese to chinese because kanji is an adaptation of chinese.

  • You have got to be kidding me! XD

  • Bullshit!

  • Wish I went overseas after school, I screwed this year up so I am going overseas for working holiday in 08.I am 19/Aussie in Jan

    Just deciding what to do

  • US=Not great

    Canada=Could be ok

    European country=Need to know language

    Ireland=pretty good

    UK=pretty good

    Japan=I love Japan but can only speak about 15 Japanese words and I think I wouldn't get work there,cheap to fly there from Aus too unlike UK/Ireland which sucks.

    Thinking UK or Ireland, can go through IEP (BUNAC in UK),then on way home go to Europe,Egypt,Asia

    What you guys think?

  • I think the only person who can decide this is you and people who know you. I don't think you'll enjoy Japan so much if you don't know Japanese. At least European languages would be much quicker for you to pick up as a European speaker.

  • pluss most people can speak english in EU, compared to Japan

  • im jealous!

  • i'd like you to know i'm very jealous of you. ;[

    America doesn't offer anything like a working holiday visa.

    Have fun there though! :]

    -p.s. i subscribed-

  • Thanks for the comment and subscription. It sucks that USA doesn't offer it. You should write to your government.

  • Good luck in Nihon and have the best time of your life ! :)

  • Thank yooou!

  • I hope you're doing well; I'm definitely going to check out the rest of your videos. You are very, very lucky! I agree; Japan is so weird but I loooove the culture. It's been my goal since about age 6 or 7 to learn as much as I possibly could about it and I guess it's a bit sad but if I weren't interested in Japan, I have no idea what I would be interested in. There's so much TO be interested in, though.

  • Thanks for the comment! Japan has so much to be interested in that I don't think people interested in the country are crazy, lol. Anime, fashion, music, tea ceremony etc.

  • plzz make more videos!! and when u come back and u leanrt some japanese make some japanese lessons plzzzzz!! ^_^ have a nice time in japan ne!!

    Sayonara!!

  • Thanks for the message and thanks for the subscription! I have a video I need to edit and upload, but it's filmed.

  • Wow, sounds good. I don't know you, but you really inspired me t Live out my dreams. This maybe a bit of a cliche. But you have really inspired me. Lilith is in the right path, I will definitely be living my time in Japan through you.

  • hehe seems like we'll both be cheering 4 him!! XDD

  • Haha, wow - thanks! I hope to hear from you more often and I'll try and make my channel really good for you guys. =D
