ok the 'ducks' are koopa troopas. The 'boney ducks' are dry bones. And in your fav. level at the begining if you just crouch down you can kill all the goombas and koopas. Just letting you know. Thanx you helped me pass basically every level ( espesialy the world 5 1st castle ) :)

I wish I watched this when I had this game. I never knew the meaning of this until I became older and wiser. P.S. Superskarmory's dog sounds like my new one. Not technically new, we got him last year in 2010. He's only 2 yrs. old.

at 8:43 as soon as you hit the ice ramp thing (8:45) you can just press the down button and slide on your butt... then as mario hits the muchroom things and turtle things...they'll just get knocked out by mario's feet!

:D another way to get down the ramp! A FASTER WAY!

It's a strange term picked up by some players. The head resembles a duck. My family always called them turtle ducks, since that's what they looked like. You get used to just calling them ducks all the time. Hard habit to break, especially if you really don't care about it.

urm, when you have the blue shell if you hold down B (or your sprint button) and run after about to seconds u hide in the shell and start moving, you cant turn left or right so u just jump over obstacles without stopping, to get back out of the shell you let go of the dprint button xD
