you should work for a radio chat show as you are quite a funny geezer with a mild manner..Great video..I picked my cpc 464 today for 35 quid and blimey it's like brand new with all boxes, manuals tapes, the green screen and the tv modulator..

The CPC is a very nice machine. I never tried one back in the day, but since doing these videos have found it to be very impressive for an 8 bit system.

£35 is a decent price. Nice one.

The speed and number of mummys from the start can be selected before you start. The game can run really fast.

To leave each level find the chest AND the key. To be able to kill one mummy, find the blue thingie. If you kill one of them, you will get one mummy less on the next level.

That's not to say it was a bore to watch your other vids, of course but the "juicy nuggets" were fewer and farther between when you were playing those C16 games. The funniest bit was the "wrong joystick port continuity complex". :D

I might've danced to the tune...but it annoyed me after a bit lol. :P

I used to play Oh Mummy a lot, and even my parents thought it was fun. Yes, it's too simple, but it looks nice and plays well.

What an odd little title, I've got it for the Speccy... there's far less to the 48k game than this one even. Amidar or Spiderdroid is a good comparison, not a bad game but rather boring and repetetive before too long. Thanks for showing the CPC 464 version!

This game is pretty basic, but the capabilities of the machine are way above the Vic 20... or the nasty, nasty C16.

Watching these is giving me that lovely fuzzy twang of nostalgia in the belly... takes me back to Christmas 1985 (probably) when me and my mates all got the 8 bit computers between us..... I was the Speccy owner, another had the C64, another mate had the C64, another had the Electron. One poor sod even got a Commodore Plus 4. So we had and endless mass of games to play for many many years. Great days. I clearly remember playing this and Roland On The Ropes on my mates machine..

Most of my friends had Spectrums, while one had a Dragon 32, followed by a C64, and another had an Electron.

Ah it's Amidar's mummy! Like this game a lot. Being able to play it without the instructions is the way to go.
