  • Very nice John...I do use that gizmo Webbster makes that holds 4 rib racks at an angle on a classic 22.5 inch webster kettle. Other than that - mine's about the same method. Great tip on a squirting that liquid on once you get half way thru total cook time....

  • did they put the ribs on when the charcoal was not even white and ready? It looked like he threw the charcoal on and then the ribs right away, did I miss something? didnt' he say the charcoal is petroleum crap?

  • @MrTrajan69 Lump charcoal like they used lights quickly, so people will often layer it if they are doing low and slow cooking for ribs. It's just an alternative to using regular charcoal and letting them burn down to the right temp.

  • @MrTrajan69 the charcoal hes using is natural and hasnt been manufactured or compacted

  • Excellent point...and I thought I was the only one that noticed...what they should have done was taken the stairs to the roof of the tower....then the paramedics could have noshed on ribs while performing CPR on the two chefs.......mmmmm....racks of ribs with an adrenaline glaze and a saline drip!!!.....CLEAR!!!!....HIT 'EM AGAIN HARRY!!!....CLEAR!!!....
