If you forgot your password, then your only option is to do a master clear, but it will delete all your data from the phone including contacts. To do a master reset, remove the battery, and put it back, then press and hold the "E" and "Z" key and turn it on. Do not let go of the "E" and "Z", the phone will start turning on, and it will stay on the service providers screen (T-Mobile, AT&T, etc.), after that it will say your phone is turning on for the first time, and it will be like new.

I have the q9 and everything works good on it with cricket. I've had it for 6 months and like it more than all my passed phones. miss the touch screen but no problems.

This phone is the biggest piece of shit ever. The battery lasts less than 6 hours menus are slow and super badly done it all plain sucks crap do not buy this phone. And do not buy from ebay seller Iroc1 (phone without battery door for 89$) you will never find the battery door CRAP CRAP CRAP PHONE

"Who needs friends when you have the internet?" Haha that's hilarious! This vid is actually a wonderful preview and showcase for the Moto Q apps and potential abilities. Using Gmail and Opera tho instead of the standard pre-installed apps are probably key to a better experience with the Q.
