I like the cast! The only thing I would change would be brown colored contacts for the actor playing Morelli. Katherine as Stephanie is an inspired choice! Ranger is gorgeous! Grandma is perfect - Lula - spectacular! I wonder too if the Ramirez storyline will be covered and who will play him. This looks GREAT!!!

I loveeee these books, and I just reread the first one and now on the second. It looks like they got a lot wrong with the preview. Is Rameriez even in the movie? Also Ranger and Joe are supposed to be HOT....not average. Besides they made Stephanie's outfits too fashionable and it makes her seem like she actually spends a lot of time on her outfits...which in the books, she doesn't.

It's full of TV actors (no offence) that are all wel known for TV shows. When an actor is breaking from TV to film, you must put them in a project with movie actors and build their film cred.

Otherwise you get a film staring that guy from Friends or that woman from Greys Anatomy or that film starting that guy in Terra Nova or ....

I'm sure its a funny movie, but it looks like a TV pilot that the producers felt "could go big"

Then all I have to do is start on the Stephanie Plum Between the Numbers/Holiday Novels series all 4 of them. And after that wait til next year for book 19 to come out.

I was dubious of the casting at first, but after seeing how they all acted, I think they got it down. Yeah it's not perfect, but they got key parts of the movie down (LIke the TURKEY! Lol!) and I recognized several of the lines/actions of the characters. I think this might actually be a book-turned-movie that won't make me hate the movie!
