@deathstick99 It's clearly real. They don't have to follow the book to exact detail. I personally think they do a good job of getting all the important bits and adding a few extra bits. In the half blood prince when death eaters burned down the Weasley's house, that never happened in the books and I'm still not sure why that was in there.

I don't think it's that far from the book it's just stated differently. There is a part of the book when Harry is considering leaving before the wedding and Ron reminding him about the wedding and later Harry tells Ron and Hermione that they are off the hook and that they don't need to keep their promises of going with him and that's when Hermione and Ron tell Harry about all that they have done to leave with him. Perhaps the movie is going to make this much shorter.

This actually did happen in the book, but they did change it around significantly to make the emotional revenue of the scene easier to detect and understand, and they did that because half the people who watch the movies don't have the intellegence to read the book and understand the basic story line, let alone the complication put into the emotional distance between harry and the rest of the world
