I had a much worse problem when I encountered my first artifact...My brand new Weaver was possessed and at the time I had no idea what that meant. Even worse is that he stayed in the meeting hall/dining room that I had made near the start. Eventually he went beserk and got killed somehow; nothing else went wrong. I was frustrated that I had no control over it. A bit later it froze and I had not saved(autosave was off; I didn't know about it). second time he died of thirst due to melancholy...lol

I am trying to build the fortifications, but it says no access to non -economic item, but there is a way for stone to get in, what is the problem here?

Don't know if you find this out in a later vid, but 'd' and then 'z' for 'remove up stairs/ramp' is used for mining away those pesky slopes.

Hey rather than dig out the walls to remove slopes you use the Designate remove up stairs and ramps (Z) to remove the ramps and you don't need to mine out the area :). These are great please keep making them.

Suggestion: Lock all the food save the turtle meat behind forbidden doors. Don't forget to unlock the doors.
