  • Awsome Video...very happy for you, and don't give up!

  • VEGAN, CHECK THIS OUT:

    youtube.com/watch?v=HJptdt9HcSA

  • Thank you for uploading this video, and you breakfast looked delicious!

  • @imtheuser12345 She's probably already vegan. Yes I watched the video.

  • @imtheuser12345 How do you know that? xD People go veg for themselves, the environment, or even world hunger. All of which are logical incentives.

  • Why is it that I am an omnivore (admittedly, I stick to healthy options and avoid junk) and I am far smaller and healthier than all the vegetarians that I personally know IRL?

  • How do you eat beets, potatoes, squash, artichokes, beans, or grains? I know you can soak beans and grains but how do you eat the others without any steaming, baking, or boiling? Some times i feel like raw foodists miss out on beets, potatoes, squash, and artichokes.

  • MILK and all dairy, cooked oils, deep fried foods, Milk, oh did i say milk, lol, sugar, = weight gain

why go raw for a little bit, go raw 100% and alter your reality!

Raw living foods, with added superfoods, herbs, nuts and seeds is a reality cookfoodists cannot and are unable to experience. endless abundance of energy, hapiness, like always, abilities, and strength that makes a reg weightlifter look weak, no pains, or aches, no stupors, or brain fogs, less sleep how about 4 hrs a day! RAW

  • lemme guess weight loss? do yourself a favor & just get off these ridiculous diets. raw vegans are NOT healthier in general NOR do they outlive the 'regulars'

  • I have to say thats its not entirely true that a vegan diet would be healthy

ure lacking many many things ud normally get from meat..

  • @rantanen1 LOL!

    I LOVE THAT REPLY!

    You silly goose (;

That's a common misconception, but you can get all the nutrients you need, and the American Heart Association says that a balanced vegan diet is appropriate for all stages of life.

The only thing that's difficult to get is B12, which a vegan can get in this nutty, cheesy tasting stuff called "Nutritional Yeast". It's a little funny tasting at first, but it's very good once you're used to it (:

  • vegan raw is the food of a wonderful future fore planet earth , every lifebeing & humanity.

  • @MrSpiritualBeing one lady died from raw veganism. another womans young daughters had holes in their teeth & slow growth b/c of it

  • My first week is sort of hard.. I've stumbled twice already. Tomorrow is my "even keel" day.

  • Veganism is the praxis of abolishing speciesism from our lives.

  • I read you actually get more nutrition from food if you cook it. I suppose if you go 100% raw that rules out potatoes doesn't it since you can't eat raw potatoes.

  • You look so healthy and alive!! Raw Vegan = Epic win

    Oh, you are very pretty!

  • what about not killing animals?

  • First week of every month---

That is a wonderfu;; idea! THANK YOU!

I did raw food for 45 days back in Feb and lost a ton of weight. (actually a little too muc) LOL

    Would I do it again?

    YEAH!!!

  • Thanks for sharing your methods. Obviously it's working because you look very healthy with a beautiful glow.

  • very pretty girl.

    wheredoyougetyourprotein.

    blogspot.

    com

  • If you go totally raw you can eliminate the bleeding of the menstral cycle. You will still ovulate but will not bleed.

Bleeding is not necessary for ovulation or fertilaty

  • great accent, u sound like a secret agent government diplomat

  • Thank you for the video. By the way, you are very pretty.

  • This video is good.

  • Very good information and I am very glad that you have shared your experience.

  • It's no diet my friend.

Think about people that have no fire to cook.

It's far more simple than overcooked veggies that are yucky murky colors with no nutrients you need. Stop eating the food in which you don't want to know where it came from or how it's made.

STOP MAKING YOUR BODY A GRAVEYARD PEOPLE.

  • Did you really call a NATURAL HUMAN DIET silly? LOL What the hell do you eat?

  • Its hardly natural

  • What would you consider natural? Cooking food? Processed food?

If eating a raw diet is natural for every single species of animal on this planet, why would it be any different for us?

  • @InvisiMan2006

    through evolution

  • @rantanen1 Good one

  • @InvisiMan2006 Because we have a high level of intelligence, this caused us to evolve. For example, predators animals for the most part are not a problem for man, we have such effective tools to kill them or keep them at bay. Same things goes for diet, nutrients are more bioavailable when cooked, a lot of bad things are neutralized, food tastes better....what a concept.

  • The real question should be is what do YOU eat?

  • No these diets r just keeep getting healthier and healthier!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I think when i eat healthy foods, like cut outbad stuff, im vegetarian already, i never get pains at all for periods. Never do i struggle anymore. I used to get pains, like in the morning, i couldn't get out of bed. It's kinda strange, but being a womans not as hard as once was LOL

  • Thanks so much for uploading this video. I am a vegan and have wanted to go raw or partially raw for a while but never had enough inspiration to do it. I love this idea! I had never thought of this before and it's perfect for me. I might give it a try! Thanks!

  • you're very welcome and the best of luck with it

  • Thanks for sharing I'm starting my raw journey too. Will you be expanding you week to more time raw?

    Rayvin

  • I'm not sure to be honest, I found that the longer i'm raw (the longest being about 3 weeks) the longer it takes be to get back on it, but 9 days a month works well for me and I can stick to it, I thought that I'd be able to go for longer during summer, as I started in winter, but it didn't actually make a difference. Are you planning on going 100% fully time

  • I'm not planning on going 100% raw yet. But I've been vegetarian for 4 years but not even vegan yet so raw is a whole new adventure!

    Rayvin

  • take Vitamineral Green

  • I have been a vegan for 3 (Strong) days now

(A week ago i used to love meat. yuck)

I am planning on going 92% raw vegan but here in Colorado you need to have a nice hot meal once in a while.

  • WHY do u toxicate ur body? Because detoxication feels so good? No because it feels so good when the fear goes away. Mankind eat cooked dead crap because they re deadly afraid to stop it. And thats the whole answer on the question why the world is so mad: We re terrified - and where fear is - cant be love.

  • Thanks for the info but I just found that their diet "consisted of whole meal flatbread with a pat of fresh butter, sprouted legumes, fresh raw carrots and cabbage, unboiled whole milk, and once a week a tiny portion of meat and bones. Plenty of water and fruit, which the Hunza people ate a great deal of."

I personally find the low fat vegan diet called 80/10/10 most logical. It's almost only fruits and vegetables, plus it's simple and delicious.

  • i just ordered the book 80/10/10 and i'm so excited to get it. should be here this week! :)

i've been doing this for two years now and i find i gravitate towards simplicity, and so that book came to me at a good time.

i also do two green smoothies a day. have you read 'green for life'? it's an amazing book, i highly recommend it :)

  • I haven't read any books about this at all actually. I wasn't even a vegetarian a few weeks ago. I came across a video from RunningRaw here on youtube one day and then I read what Steve Pavlina wrote about his 30-day trial, in one day I switched from a standard diet to 80/10/10. :)

I'm not so sure if I'll do it 100% though. It's hard because of social reasons already but besides that I think I'll eat some fish once a month or so instead of taking B12 supplements.

Other than that I love it. :)

  • the hunzas eat meat/dairy,cooked food. they live t be 130 years. japanese eat meat and they live the second longest.

what raw vegan has lived to be 100-130?

  • He's misrepresenting hunzas native culture to begin with. The old tradition was meat twice a year and living the rest of the year on fruit and vegetables with milk during winter. Modern hunza now eat meat often and use potato and grains as a staple. Their life expectance is plummeting and dental and vision problems are common, where they were almost non-existent before.

  • raw foods is a way to go. keep up the good work. i love raw foods. good luck!!

  • Thanks for sharing. I'm going raw one day a week for some of the same reasons you are. I want to improve my health and try new foods.

  • i'd love to go raw, this should really help, thanks

  • There are some many benefits to this diet, thanks for the video
