I watched her last week with her future Virginian co-star Doug McClure in Because They're Young, in memory of Doug, who died 16 years ago last Saturday. I look forward to meeting her at the Virginian reunion in Memphis in June.

She really had quite a career. She was a thorough professional very responsible and easy to work with so she was a natural. A fine singer and actress. The Teresa Brewer influence is here because Teresa did the hit recording.

This is a great old video with Roberta Shore. I remember her, she was lovely and had a great voice. She does sound a little like Teresa Brewer, Teresa also recorded The Banjo's Back in Town. She has retired and is now living in Utah.

By listening to Roberta, it makes me think of Teresa Brewer sing Music Music Music. They had the same voice and singing style, I love both their songs.
