The main ingredient was the shaft, carrier bearings, and handle from a fooseball table. The blade was just some stainless steel that we sharpened and bent. I think it took us about 4 blades before we finally got it just right. If you run it at a slow speed, you get thick chips, high speed, nice thin ones. Depends on what you want.
Awesome, what did you use to construct that? there are not plans or instructions anywhere that I have found online. I figured a few ways to do it, but yours is better than anything I have thought of. Would you mind sharing your ingenuity with the online community of spiral/tornado potato lovers and DIY’ers
