we were lucky enough to have the girl in the blue's mum make them but it's basically just different colour materials into a full circle skirt with an underskirt... =]

You're so lucky that you got to wear such 60s costumes, we just had a performance - jazz one too, and our costume were mdae of the same material but so dress-y (if you get what I means).
