There's No Easy Way and his work with Patti Austin is some of his best!

The 80s was a time when you could listen to music such as this and know in time things would be alright! Today, music doesnt hold the meaning of how to love someone and hold on to that love! Wouldnt trade the 80s love ballets for anything!

Music like this makes me cry. We've fallen so far from love as a nation it's so so so....sad. When you heard songs like this it made you wanna live...love...and be happy. After all the sex...sex...sex..it's a mess...we haven't got a prayer..like James Ingram said why the good times never last but so long? I agree... real R&B music has almost completely vanished. I mean it's still here but it's not like the days of old, when real singers with real talent was making real music like: Brian Mcknight, Gerald Levert, Babyface, Freddy Jackson, Luther, Stevie, Boyz II Men, and Jodeci! You know songs like "forever my lady" we need them love songs back for real!!
