i would say 30x for playing at home but if you move around a lot or want to play somewhere else i would recomend the rx

I have to say from having played both, get the 30x... problem with the RX is those small speakers are horrible, The amp itself is brilliant so get the 30x and you wont be disapointed!

heres some advice your looking for a new amp and i went to a guitar shop i recomend this amp which im getting and by the way get this from gears 4 music but there is also a amp called Fender Vibro Champ Xd whick is very good If U have a Band  But If Your Playing playing just By Yourself I Highly Recomend This Amp

@Hevisukka  Overall yes. More powerful sound, better tuner, has the rhythm section, has the additional tone knob. Only downside is the batteries: original microcube allows for rechargeables and lasts twice as long.

Can't wait till these hit my shores.. the original microcube kicks any other amps ass at low volumes. Ive dropped it many times and kicked it by accident and its still in schmick condition.
