the message in this movie clip is very deep and profound, and has really Nothing to do with God or religion in general. This is about the belief that Brock had in himself because the coach believed in him enough to NOT LET HIM GIVE UP. This applies to any situation in your life, whether it be a sports related goal, marital issues, parenting, jobs, life in general... in order to make it through to the other side, we need to believe in ourselves, or if not, have someone not let us give up.
