@MrRevolt0 the band 'angel' had heard vh's version of "you really got me" before they actually recorded it for the 1st album. they were gonna try to record their own take but vh beet em to it. i remember ed influencing practically every player after him. it seemed everyone wanted to emulate him. you even saw every guitar player now even smiling like ed...lol hes gotta be in the top 3or 4 most influencial players. those rare players that influence a whole generation such as berry, hendrix, page.

That's Paul Schaeffer, he's been with Letterman ever since there was a Letterman, accompanied some of the best musicians in the world (and they were probably doing good to keep up with him) and seen the rise and fall of some of the best from that stage, and he's still there. Not bein a dick or a troll, but that dude deserves some credit and noone here seems to recognize him. All that said, yeah, he STILL looks like a dork!!
