  • @rmoo17 worked for me. let's just say, from 144 i trimmed down to 122 in a couple of months. brown rice has all the raw nutrients that gets removed from polished/processed/white rice. high in fiber, fills you up faster. it's like one cup of brown rice = 2 cups of white rice in terms of busogness. but i pair it with a visit to the gym once a week and i have cheat weekends (eat whatever i want on friday-saturday, sunday is for gym). going back, you can just replace your rice with it in any meal.
