@bagshitass - Rafi was born in Kotla Sultan Singh near Amritsar (East Punjab) in 1924...he was spotted in Lahore..that was all before partition (he was 23 when partition happened), so he had nothing to do with Pakistan..anyways, he belongs to the world and loved by everyone..just love this song..

The cast made the film look amazing and worth watching many times.

Pran plays a marvellous negative role in this film and a lot others. Great performance by Manoj Kumar, really inspiring.
