Great channel, you guys need to do more vids though, much to offer the bush craft community. In both your vids on water sources you talked about treating the water chemically AND with boiling. Isn't one or the other sufficient?
Yes. We had to rehandle it though after that particular course, as the cold, mixed with the.. erm.. enthusiasm of the students snapped the hickory in two.
My personal videos (vlogs and such) and my professional videos (educational videos with information I really want to get out there) will both be added here, whereas the company videos will be the only ones added to Dave's channel.
Because honestly, who wants to go to Dave's channel to hear some fat Canadian talk about random junk?
The axehead was an antique Itlis Oxhead I got for five dollars. The handle was an ash stave I shaped and attached to it. Cost me 5 bucks and a couple hours of work. We call it a Skookum Axe.. not pretty but real effective.
