This is all from a website : Lamaze, 42, said he heard a crack and felt pain upon landing after the 'c' element of the triple combination on Sunday. Lamaze and his Olympic gold medal partner, Hickstead, went on to complete two clean rounds before advancing to the jump-off where they again jumped clear in the fastest time to win the €350,000 Rolex Grand Prix of Aachen over Switzerland's Pius Schwizer.

I read that he Lamaze broke his foot during the first round of three over the last jump of a triple combination. This last round doesn't have a triple, only a double.

@avaadore77 If I remember correctly it was in the second jump of the combination at 0:55. Don't quote me on that as it could have been the first fence, but I am 100% sure it was somewhere in that combination.
