I disagree. Laziness is likely: chemical deficiency, lack of intelligence, poor environmental support, discouragement, apathy, need for short-term pleasure, negative thinking habits.
Often highly non-lazy people have: Proficiency (making action easier), strong external motivation and support ($, friends, family, connections), positive thinking, internal drive (chemical, like a bee's insatiable to collect honey), ability to focus and learn quickly, goals in sight (open vs. closed doors).
