When i was a kid, i mowed lawns for 2 weeks to make up the money to buy a new game.. i had 60 bucks and i wanted Terminator 2 for the NES SO BAD.. but on the way to the Toys R us to buy it my mom said (lets stop into the pawn shop first, they have good stuff sometimes) when i went in they had the original legend of zelda, and castlevania for 20 each. i bought both of them instead, ive been a zelda/castlevania fan ever since. best childhood dissension EVER!

I have a theory why they left out the theme songs.

LJN knew they made shitty games which wouldn't sell that much, so they skipped using the theme song so they saved money on that!

Imagine that you have to pay 100.000$ for the rights to use the theme song, and only 100 people buy the game. 100 times, let's say 60$ is 6000$ total so a loss of 94.000 dollars :P
