Ebay Sucks , I bought some xbox 360 games and the seller sent them to my house in Florida 1 week after I made payment , i sent him messages and he did not answer anyone. Then the videogames arrived to my house , the seller did not say anything about why shipping was so slow . Ebay Sucks !! Oh and by the way 1 game he sent was scratch.

I had a horrible buyer who said he thought I was selling something different than what was listed and clearly explained on the auction. They followed it up with ridiculous negative feedback. It was my fault that the buyer didn't read the auction, and so I still have the crazy negative feedback. ebay and paypal are ripping people off and they couldn't care less about their customers.

I perfectely agree with Jim Griffith, buyers have all the right to leave positive or negative feedback and explain the their comments, it is a free opinion ! and a free world ! if you are a seller you can`t pretend to receive only positive comments from buyers because in the real business life doesn`t work like this!  the seller starting to sell in ebay formally agree about all the rules in Ebay.

good sellers can get a bad feedback because stupid buyers can leave negatives. The seller has now been aliannated by ebay. It's the seller that pays ebay! ebay want good sellers to pay $30 to remove a negative feedback on an item sold (correctly) for $2.00.

The "DSR's" are a bunch of garbage also. I had a coin auction for 10 sets in which in bold, large typeface read "Shipping for these coins will be approximately 14 after the end auctions." Well evidently the majority of my buyers did not "see" or "read" that because most of them left me a low "DSR" for "Shipping Time." I'll tell you something else, too, Griff; sellers of forgeries have high "DSR's" because they ship their forgeries fast. What a joke!!!

Basically, Ebay should not put such weight on feedback.They are now suspending accounts for having neutral and negative feedback (Seller Non-Performance). He says it himself, FEEDBACK IS OPINION. But opinion should NOT be a sole reason for account restriction. This is why sellers are so upset. Regardless of whether or not we email the customer who left FB asking them to come back, it means nothing when Ebay has already restricted your account because of that feedback.This guy just doesn't get it

Action Plan:

1. Don't pay your listing fees; Ebay misrepresents their service.

2. Blacklist ALL buyers who have EVER posted negitive feedback. Don't accept their payments.

3. Use Ebay live chat service every time you get online.

4. Post negative feedback on ALL sellers after ALL transactions.

5. Use CraigsList and other auction sites, or use an Ebay-hub pawn shop.

6. Tell everybody -- "Ebay Unsafe" or "Egay Cheats" or "Ebay Hates Sellers"

A buyer can easily contact you and try to resolve the issue before they leave you a feedback. To assure their satisfaction is met and that you did everything to make the transaction run smoothly. No more negative feedback from eBay sellers? YES! When I won auction 160154518330 in Sept. 2007, I paid via Paypal quickly, but the seller sent NOTHING - EVER! Ebay seller yourtypeonline lied, saying he would ship ASAP. I complained to Paypal, got my money back. I was a buyer only, and not too frequently, so that NON-seller's negative feedback for me (for asking an insurance question - who pays if its lost) left me with a 75% feedback rating! Seller delighted in KILLING my rating, and SAID SO!

Vintage clothing is not "vintage style new clothing." Sellers have no protection whatsoever and have to take feedback on the chin.

ebay does not care about their sellers (their actual customers). They get their fees regardless of whether you sell anything or not.

I've had a lot of problems with sellers that use automated software. They used to auto-retaliate negs for negs, and brought on the no negs 4 buyers policy as the result. They usually have very poor communications which is vital to good customer service. They even auto-strike buyers! I tend to give NEGS to automated sellers! They remind me of those stupid answering machines, 'push 1 for...' etc. through many levels, when you want a real person. BAD SELLERS BROUGHT THIS ON, BLAME THEM!
