since i was just playing around in the yard i didnt change any of the settings....it shot fine with the stock setting...

temp has no effect on how you shoot ur slow and neather does pain

he said cold because yes shooting when your fingers are cold will make you slower. unless youve already been playing and being warm from movement. and paint cuz old paint makes the gun less accurate unless properly aged.
