the pad IS a sticker technically... so all you do is stick it to the surface, however for $30 there are people who will mill a recess in the frame so that the wire goes through the back and the pad is even with the rest of the frame... its actually very ncie looking when its done

well, speed is intimidating to your opponent. What you said is mostly true to a certain extent. If you had a gun with pinpoint accuracy that was only capapble of shooting 1 ball every 3 seconds and a guy with a gun capable of shooting 20 bps i think we know who is gonna win that round.

no, it costs 11$ when you buy the gun if you want them to install it, and they custom mill it, if you dont get the custom milling, it comes with a strong adhesive so it sticks to the back of your gun.
