percentage wise were about even...youre a little better (about 3%) so ill leave you alone, but take off the shirt and train like a man, its better to know what you can really do...unless youre always wearing a bench shirt everyday for the rest of your life i have no respect for some one who wears something to add to their lift, im sure u train bench a few times a week i do it once...good luck powerlifting and toss the shirt
@slimbw93 I've only used a shirt like 4 times in the past 6 years....but I know a lot of guys who do both and they are strong as hell raw and equipped, but just because they are wearing a shirt doesn't mean the weight is easy. Powerlifting is separated into raw and equipped so it just depends on which one you like competing in.

whats your body weight? i hit a 425 touch and go raw. i want to know about how much i could do in a shirt. nobody can give me a straight answer for some reason.
@xBiGxKiNGx I weighed 213lbs then but how much you will get really depends on what kind of shirt you use and how tight it is on you. In a single ply titan fury you might get 60+lbs to your bench because my max RAW was 315 when I did this.

@craigishot Theres some good info on criticalbench(dot) com and dave tate has a lot of videos on bench press technique. as for sets and reps kind of stuff I usually switch between pyramids and heavy triples but look for articles about some the top powerlifters and their training routines. but don't try to copy their routine completely as you will have to work up to that level.
