  • Just curious with this rack/clothesbox setup how are you providing heat? Also, what are your approximate warm/cool side temps? Do you turn off the heat to allow for brumation? I know HK's climate is quite mild. Also surprised you guys have so much room!

  • how much pets do you have

  • thats reeli cool are all those in ur house? if so what all you got in there?

  • That's really cool. You've got a great set up there, too. Bravo! :)

  • any tips on breeding

  • wow are they your kids?if so they're good at handling skinks! XD and i could never get a skink they're to big for my mom she only lets us get leos since they;re small

  • if she lets u get a leo show her a berber skink they are the most docile and sweet skinks

  • do u have any tips on breading them

  • I sent u pm abt it ::)

  • omg!! are they only 2 months old in this video?? how old are they??

i have 2 babies that are 3 months old and they havent even grown abit??? help?

  • I give them mince meat and dog food mix with chopped vegetables. Crickets and worms every now and then. They also love ripe bananas..

I dip the crickets with calcium powder

If you give them enough meat/insects in the earlier stage, they have bigger appetite when older.

Pure insect diet will not make them grow bigger..the wet dog food mixed with fruits/ vegetable is better. But you can also use the dry dog food soaked with water & veg.

  • i dont like videos with kids in it

  • Do you have to seperate newborn skinks? Incase mine gives birth

  • If you have a small tank then..

yes, the babies bite each other especially the male. In some case they can lose toes.

The female babies can be put together...they like to 'cuddle'up ..lying on top of each other in a group...

In the big tank, the parents will take care of the babies..so no need to separate them right away.

In general, it's better to separate them because you can give individual attention.. if one skink is sick,it will not infect the others.

  • what BTS is that ? eastern ? or the merauke ? it certainly looks cool~~ i have one personally.. planning to get an eastern or tanimbar.. ^_^ im from malaysia~~ nice vids of them giving birth..
