  • I do the same workout with bicep curls, front lateral raises, shoulder presses. God bless you for sharing this with other people who can burn 1,000 + calories with this type of workout in only one hour instead of breaking their joints with excessive running and heavy weightlifting that will normally make everyone sore, tired, and less motivated.   • If you want a GOOD workout, it's best if you ENJOY it. I probably burn 400 -500 or more each session when you add the stationary, weights and dancing together.
