  • AWESOME! Thats the way to use live equipment!

  • @sterphtechno Hey, thanks!

  • AWESOME! Thats the way to use live equipment!

  • i wish i had that gadget there so i can play at my talent show xD

  • @DynastyWarriors4Ever It takes time to build a hardware setup, but even a single piece of gear like an older Korg ES-1 can be tweaked in real time. You have to FIND ways to express yourself on machines. That's what techno has always been about....for me, at least.

  • wow man that´s insane... really good work!

  • My god, i need to buy your music.

  • Wow! Thanks for your enthusiastic support = ) This song doesn't actually exist = ( You're hearing the only version of it. Feel free to rip it if you have the software...

  • You working on an album to release or anything?

  • Currently have some singles out through amazon, beatport, itunes, etc. Another planned release on Eye Industries. No album as of yet. Songs still sounding a bit "raw" for labels I think.

  • Not that you're not now but you know what i mean lol

  • I know what you mean, bro. I appreciate it very much. I often need extra encouragement. = ) Thank you very much!

  • @RhythmDroid your very good.. So you use the RS7000 as you rmain sequencer?

  • @mpresev I have used the RS7000 for 6 or 7 years. I just switched to Ableton Live 8 as my MIDI sequencer and I hate it. = )

  • the way you mix, is totally right-on. some of the finest 'vibe', technical wizardry... some really nice Zawinul wow synth big-ups, and the Jaco Pastorius bassline stylisms would, i believe, cause Jaco to smile from heaven.

  • Man, you're insane. Your stuff is sooo cool. Respect, respect!!

  • this is real innovation man!!!

which is also why it will never be popular...

  • PERFECT PERFORMANCE !!! :-p

  • Wow, excellent Live performance!!!

  • Good Style I like your act is intresting.

  • this is excellent stuff! you're really good with that kaoss pad and everything else. im starting a live setup where i'm going to make every inputted note live. so im using some electribes. i wish i could afford that kaoss pad..

  • What kaoss pad is that? I dont remember a blue one.

  • Its the kp2

  • This is real cool! Extremely tight... But I'm with tehrealdjcrossfire, this ain't techno. Rather breaks.

But as I said, soooo tight.

  • not to creep you out or anything...

but i find myself watching this vid every nownthen like a music video.

  • Yeah no doubt. I think I'm gonna get it.

  • Thanks! I'm thinkin about a machinedrum but its so damn expensive!

  • if u live in japan i bet that equipment costs next to nothin!!! in the UK that would cost the earth to buy.

  • artista !! :-)

  • WOW nice video, realy enjoyed it. what an action!

  • um techno?? dude this aint techno this is far from it!! techno is rough underground and hard.. not soft bouncey and vibrant... dude learn ur music!! btw good musickeep it up :)

  • I'm glad you like the music.

  • Where do you get most of your samples?

  • I use the samples that came with the synth...the built-in drum sounds, etc...

  • Well I cant figure out where most people get their drum sample. Its like nobody says anything about where you can get drum samples. Would you or somebody tell me?

  • hah hah, to be honest, I'm in the same boat...I almost never sample anything, I'm pretty content with the included sounds that my synths/machines come with.

People get samples from many places, sample CDs, sampling prerecorded music (esp from vinyl), or they download em.

  • Hmm. Thanks for the info. Yeah I'm pretty content with the supplied drums too. See ya round :)

  • in the overall pictur, its techno by definition but the genre I would have to say is more funk, classic 80'2 synth pop, man jammit out!!!!!!!!

  • so the two beatboxes go into the mixer then the mixer's main outs go through the kaos pad before it hits the PA is that how your rig works? sounds good man :-)

  • Wow, the sound quality sounds pretty good on youtube video - how did you get the sound quality to be so good...? Or is it just me?

  • No, the sound quality IS good. He must be using a decent camera.

    Thanks for the music RhythmDroid!

  • shiny beats :) yay!

  • i love ur work man!!! nice job!!! u need to get a cd and get ur shit copywrited!!!! keep it up!

  • VERY GOOD!!!!

  • INSANE AWESOME

  • \o/

  • Interesting.. ! Enjoy it !

  • wat is ya equimpent?

  • Startng from the top: Yamaha RS7000, Vestax PCV180 mixer, Korg Kaoss Pad 2, Korg Electribe ES-1, and the yellow thing underneath it all is a Syntecno Tee Bee MKIII monophonic analog synth in a heavy rack case.

  • hey thats pretty cool! do you ever play out? looks like you could!

sounds more like breaks to me, but what do i kno!

  • I guess it would be breaks, huh? But I kinda still call it all techno. My dream in life is to play out for a living. Currently working right now on doing just that in Tokyo. Thanks for your comments = )

  • damn man, talking about having rhythm.. NICE!!!

  • whoaa . . freak !

  • Thank you so much everyone for your wonderful comments! Especially you, Shann33ng...More stuff coming soon!

  • enjoyed it.

    keep rocking!

  • i wonder how much u actually spent for all those cool gadgets! do mix more to share online! ur work is fabulous!

  • This is what i call "lost in space" !! You're fantastic dude! Thumbs up! ^_^

  • Well, Im pretty sure if you brought the real deal (TB-303)into the setup it'll bring your performance to another level. I dunno but I heard from a lot of people that nothing can duplicate the filters inside the TB-303.

  • Dude, TB-303's played. This guy doesn't need one.

  • this is fucking wicked mate

  • Thanks Rich! Apreciate it, mate. Heh heh, snare rush snare rush, just kidding...

  • This is fucking ill. ILL. I've never heard a roland sound so good... did you bring all that to japan??

  • Wow! Thanks for your comment! Actually I use two different TB-303 clones. A Syntecno TeeBee from Holland, and a Futureretro 777 from Kansas. No Roland in this setup actually...! And yes, I brought everything but the mixer to Japan from the States! Thanks again! -rhythm_droid
