@the911538: Pretty sure India has fresh water....don't know where Arica is but the last time I was in AFRICA, they had fresh water as well. Don't know what water has to do with weapons testing but if you are emplying we need to spend money on humanitarian aid and not weapons test, wake the hell up. the United States spent 2.7 TRILLION in foreign Aid in 2009. We should'nt alleviate the worlds problems, but we sure try with money..stop complaining what an independent company does to protect you.
