Yes, this is a real house. It's in Columbus, Ohio and the guy who owns or owned it ended up getting hired to do similar computerized music and lights at malls etc. It was on the local channels here and that's the first time I saw it. I'm surprised there are no cars driving by because he was forced to shut down due to complaints about the amount of traffic. To my knowledge he was the first to do this and it's still amazing all these years later.
