And I'm not even gonna mention the fact that you are striving others to join this company, But, I will mention how I took the free class and all I remember doing was standing row by row, column by column, doing cardio vascular, for an hour than walk out... Okay so maybe I punched the bag and didn't know what the hell I was doing for about 5 minutes.. wow, then a second later, get on the floor do sit-ups...
