Basementlegends i have meinls i do not like then that much they are ok for metal but sabians are alot better if you get the right cymbal. i hate ziljdian so much! they suck(no ofense to any one who like them) but i only use sabian now because i trust them and i live in canada so if i crack one t wont take a long time to come back to me.=)

Personally i think Sabian's Vault cymbals are the best, but Sabian Paragons are amazing as well but those two are also the most expensive... But if money is not a problem definitely invest into one of those.

you cant really go long with sabian as long as they are cast cymbals not sheet metal. pretty much everything AA and above are good cymbals.

Out of all Sabian lines, my favorite is the AA. In my opinion it blends with other cymbals the easiest and just sound great! I'm not a big Sabian guy either...

its the way you hit your cymbals that make it brake if you hitting it without a bounce then you will break it and since you play heavier metal then you might want thicker cymbals i dont this like cover its good but a horrible song dont like it=( dissapointmint.

nah i know how to hit cymbal properly its just that the cymbal that keeps breaking on me is a fast crash wich is a very thin cymbal. my sabians never broke on me ever. i just replaced the zildjian fast crash with a sabian vault crash wich is pretty much its equivalent. but i think that meinl are the best for metal. their made of very thick metal.

k i dont get how u dont break cymbals like crazy. i play a7x and break cymbals like every month. u never do u have the same cymbals in every video. my 16 zildjian fast crash broke 4 times in the last 5 months. plus what happened to the good old metal and rock covers. all you play now is travis barker covers and hip hop songs.
