I made a typo its 25/16, also equivalent to 6/4 timing with an added sixteenth note Take the 25 divide it by 4 and you get 6.25 meaning youll have 6 beats and the .25 means a sixteenth note. basically what they did is took the 4 and made it 16 to reduce the amount of quarter notes if you were to use 25/4 timing youll have 25 quarter notes instead. They wanted something short but also hard to keep up with.

Nope simple, 25 16th notes in one mesure :) after about a week after i comented this i found that out. if you try makeing it shorter by reduceing the notes the shorsest you can go is a whole note half note and 16th note in one mesure the most notes avalible are 101 64th notes, so its a very unique and flexible timing.

As an edit to what i explained recently about the timing, If you were to also take the number 16 and divide it by 25 youll get 0.64 meaning the 64th note of the 64th note of the mesurement, combined with other time signatures will keep them in time.
