I like how much Elena has changed since the beginning of this season...it's a VERY large change. She's gotten a lot stronger around Damon and Alaric, and she's no longer as naive or blinded by her perfect fantasies of Stefan. I also love how Elena said 'not because I feel guilty about it happening' when bringing up the kiss to Stefan. She's pretty much acknowledging that she liked it in front of him.
