I've experienced this..I only told my mom that my iPod the battery was done, so she went to return my iPod Mini Shuffle and I ended up recieving 10% off my next purchase b/c it's one of the first...Cool right? Good, when my mom was there, she calls me and asks me what kind did I want..I just said "one with a screen"--my mom comes back w/ an iTouch...Cool--only in the month that I've had it; Apple has a new generation that has HD video, and all that jazz while I'm stuck with this for a while : (

@brickmaster24 Dont smash your dell! all it did was follow its users commands to the best of its capabilities and if it happened to be bombarded with heavy apps running in the background that you are unaware of, thats not its problem. I understand your frustration but when it comes to computers they are all equally frustrating even if they have some kind of plus it soon enough becomes unusable.

all you can do is learn how to manage your machines or pay someone else to do so ^_^
