  • meh, I'm happy I got a Vizio LED instead.

    within a week I managaed to fuck up and get moisture (friends spilled drink at christmas party..... I was pissed) behind the screen, all I had to do was take pictures and fax teh reciept to vizio, a repair guy will be buy my house at 8am on monday.

  • that's nothing,my was literally BROKEN huge cracks all over the screen.A new sony led 46'.This is just one of many stories,i did some research and find out that best buy is delivering broken electronics.Inspect your items with the delivery boy and make sure it's in perfect working condition.Dont let it happen to you,me however,will never buy from this bastards again..

  • I would rent a pickup or a cargo van and bring the fucking thing right to the consumer sevice desk and demand a replacement or refund plus some sort of compensation for the vehicle rental. If nobody helped me, I would make a scene so nasty they would cave in just to get me out of the store....

    $10, 000 does sound a bit BS-ish to me, though. You can get a 65" 600hz LED and a decent home theatre speaker package for that..

  • Its just a bad LED in the array. If it was the inverter board itself, a whole row would be doing that.

  • i've worked for best buy off and on and i have had customers bring a lot of complaints about stuff even worse but you know that isnt an isolated incident with certain companies.. every company has their faults here and there but best buy is pretty much the only company ive worked for where a lot of the procedures for damaged products where i can agree on a lot of what they have to say and do...it is unfortunate that stuff happens like this but it's not like they did it on purpose to you..

  • samsung is made in korea samsung wont fix there own tvs i have gone through 2 tvs i was just glad best buy would take it back after 38 days it crapped out i got a new one the next day that one was fried no more samsung also my samsung 1500 blu ray player went no one would fix it thats why i went with sony tv and blu ray 350 made in japan not korea where they work for low wages and there parts cheap some times theres a price you pay for buying cheaper products

  • There's obviously a lot of information about this televison that you've failed to tell your youtube viewers...such as, how long you had the tv, whether you were within the return policy, and if you bought any type of extended waranty. Seems to me is that you're the type of customer who thinks that they are "special", the type that says "I spend soo much money here so bow down to me!"...You are irrelevant to the Best Buy franchise and they will prosper without your $10,000 and LEXUS SUV! LOL!!!

  • samsung is way better then sony samsung is the leading LCD maker and even let sony use some of their technology in their t.vs so yeah samsung is better

  • 1. Best Buy offers a 30 day exchange for products, and will cover manufacturer defects during that time.

    2. Best Buy offers extended service plans which covers such manufacturer defects.

    3. Televisions all come with at least a one year manufacturer warranty for fixing and replacing manufacturer defects.

  • u should have bought the best buy warranty, its like 300 bux only and it lasts 3 years and covers everything. Samsung should also have a manufacture warranty so check them out

  • So, What is the outcome of this? Did you ever get an exchange. If no. Why not just just call Samsung. That 52 inch carries a in home service warrenty. They will have to fix it or replace it. What is you date of purchas? If it is less that a few weeks I wuould try reeal hard to get Best Buy to exchange it. More than a few weeks then I would call Samsung.

  • Excellent response! I love You Tube and the internet! It's great people can read and learn from others. Now people can see what problems others have with a product or a business.... Believe me I tried to fit it in my SUV Lexus GX470 ASAP. The TV does not fit in my SUV. The reason I had Best Buy deliver and install the TV was because they told me it would not fit in even a large SUV. They told me I would need a truck to buy it and take it home. I could get a uhaul or pay someone with a truck

  • @BESTBUYSAMSUNG bro i fit my 55" tv in my moms little 08 nissan maxima lol. i have a big ass truck but didnt have it then but i got it home no problems. you could have easily fit it in a suv especially the one you have my friend has one and we fit his 50 inch tv in it when he got his. if i was you i would bring this tv down to best but take it out of the box in the middle of the store and let your rage out on it and then take a big shit on the ground and leave. but thats just me

  • Mind bogeling that you simply don't put it in the car (it's only 52" lcd) and take it back with your reciept, set it down at the returns desk/cashier and say I want my money back or a replacement like any other customer would. Thier must be more to this that your not telling us.

  • I have sent a copy of the video to Samsung and explained the poor Best Buy Service and I am waiting for a response. I also contacted a higher level customer service rep at Best Buy and she says she will get to the bootm of the issue and call me. I will let you know if anything actually gets done.

  • Best Buy like every other store has a 30 day return policy. So if the tv is broke why didn't you return it? If its after the 30 day return policy your on your own or go to Samsung. I love how you think Best Buy owes you another tv because you spend a lot of money there...if you spend alot why didn't you shell out money for an extended warranty?

  • well if the tv came out of the box like that, its not his or her fault therefore best buy, samsung or somebody owes him something, i personally would be pissed and would want my money back or a replacement tv and i'd call and email until they get sick of me and give me some kind od response as to what their willing to do aboutthe problem, they want us to pay all this money for this tv's then when there's a problem no one wants to respond or take care of the problem even with the 1 year warranty
