miniz speed record 174km/h

would be nice to see it actually doing 100 mph on the road. I've used the mini4wd speed checker before and it's rather inaccurate to real world speed.

Never 174km/h go to search micro-t brushless and there you can see a 70km/h (i think) micro-t and it sounds like an airplane....

good acheivement,but it will never do anything like that on the street, a big factor would be wind/air resistance,there isnt any when you test it like that, i like these small cars,they are like toys,i want one!

@Jtniktarum its true, my mr 02 goes 27km/h on the same speed tester, I was there. It's dificult to make but possible, as Fidas2 said, it runs with a home made motor, High rev. motor.

you can make a car go as fast as this with regular parts, it will never run on the track, but try:

Ovl diferential;

21t awd gear ;

Ovl whells;

Atm Chili or T2 motor;

2+2 fet.

you will get a lot of speed, uncontrolable speed... belive me (I have never lied to you) It´'s true.

The rotations are of course much higher if it has no friction. On the road it will be much slower.

This car is only good for the speed checker nothing more...it will not run on tracks or road because it will be too difficult to control the steering (if mini-z)

135km per hour with no load. Let it pull it's own weight and watch it drop by about 1/3rd. Still pretty fast for a sub 1/18th scale car.

i bet it wouldn't do 20mph on the road because it's set up for speed so i doubt it even has enough torque to go 20 mph on the ground.

why not running Lithium? you could run 4 lithiums if you just wire a bit of your elektronics ;) or putting on ekstra fets because you don't run with a chassis :)
