@lilruffles12345 I have that same problem sometimes. The way I fixed it was like this: Open Finder Go to Applications Right click on app Go to "Show Package Contents" Click on the "Contents" folder Click on the "Resources" folder Look for the icon (should end in .icns) I'd recommend making a copy of the original icon just in case you want to change it back later. In any case, get the new icon you want and rename it to whatever the original was called. Replace the icon in the "Resources" folder.

then try again. :)
