both have 50/50, but i would slightly give Overeem a 52% over Brock 48% chance of winning.
Brock hasn't fought since the Cain fight last October 2010.
Overeem just come back from a fight during t his summer.
Overeem has more experiences in my opinion.
also Brock doesn't KO people like that, he rather GnP people instead.
like i said, 50/50, i just give 2% more for Overeem since Brock hasn't fought for 14 months, he lost a lot of experiences.
