@mileycyrusroxsduh I asked Emma and she said to keep your shoulders slightly over the bar as you go into your handstand. Stay tight. She straddles up. She said if you were thinking of clearhip handstand, treat it like a back extension roll and push up. I bet your coach can give you some good tips. Good luck!
