  • if you saw the whole episode you'd better understand what's happening to Jane Seymour. She was extremely shy, extremely devout, painfully sensitive, felt terribly alone while married to Henry VIII and living at court. While the scene here seems like the game of blind man's bluff is no big deal, the growing sense in the full episode is that there will be a very bad ending for Jane, and only she can sense it. She can trust no one. My heart broke for her watching this scene.

  • The sound on the start *You Got Mail* xD

  • Lady jane?

  • which jane is this? lady jane grey or jane seymour?

  • @JessicaLouiseMusic This was Jane Seymour. This clip was from the BBC miniseries The Six Wives of Henry VIII (1970)

  • meglio umiliata che con la capoccia tagliata!! XD

  • she looked very confused to be hearing the windows sound in tudor England.

  • wtf?

  • Windows sound?

  • Jane S. was the third wife; after giving birth to Edward VI she died two weeks later from infection (midwives didn't know about cleanliness) She didn't die of natural causes

  • @saturnia22 Not like she was hit by a car.

  • I dont know how i got from "The mean kitty song" to this...

    But i was like wtf...

  • late response to questions below: the bit about being scare/anxious about guillotine may/maynot have been due to knowing henry's previous wife was beheaded.(don't know if this is before or after in movie-didn't see it. he had total of six wives, from first to last: Catherine of Aragon, his brother's widow ['annulled']; Anne Boleyn [beheaded]; Jane Seymour (died after childbirth]; Anne of Cleves [divorced]; Catherine Howard [beheaded]; Catherine Parr [outlived Henry].

  • Lousy husband...

  • 0:02 she trod on a piano here

  • @korictixor oh, i thought it was my computer glitching ^^

  • at 00:3 i can hear windows sound thumbs up if u do too :P

  • sooo was jane henry's last wife? i thought catherine parr was. i am confused about this..

  • @elinheartstristin

No, Jane Seymour was Henry's third wife, she bore him a son, and died of natural causes. Catherine Parr was Henry's sixth wife, she outlived him, she has perhaps the most unexciting story out of all six of his wives.

  • @TheGleeFandom I wouldn't say she died of "natural causes". She died because the midwives didn't know about cleanliness and were not sanitary(sp).

  • lol i think windows xp was built into her duster thingy :P

  • Lol?? You know I actually think I'd laugh at her, too, if I know what those men were laughing about. She got the person wrong, big deal. It's not that funny, fellas. Calm down.

  • that was ssssssssssssooooooooo mean!

    NOT COOL HENRY!

  • lol poor thing

  • Is it the dress or is she really that flat-chested?

  • the corsets they were flattened the breasts.

  • Fuck those shit lowlifes they call themselves men. They laugh at a humilated poor girls! Fuck em to hell

  • weird..........

  • that was a bit nasty to laugh at her that much. all she did was get it wrong!!!

jane was good and virtuous and doesn't deserve that treatment

  • Why are all these comments being thumbed down?

  • Why's that so humiliating? So she thought it was him and she touched the lady's shoulders and then they all started laughing....wow I guess people didn't get out much in those days...

  • @stormy1091 yeah, They were right dickheads. At least we live in a freeer world now, eh

  • can you put more scenes from the 2004 henry VIII film of him and Jane please?

  • They are laughing at Jane because there was a game for Jane to find someone I don't know exacatlly who, but she lost and found Lady Rochford and I guess the people thought that is was funny. She's sacred because now she has to go to the pretend scaffold to get her head chopped off. Keep in mind that this was a prentend game, hope this answer helps.

  • I don't get it, can somebody tell me why they are laughing at poor Jane?
