@lazysan no there are not. i dont know all, but no, manual you can keep it in gear longer, but to me, they are kinda equal since some of the new automatics gearboxes are more advanced and can change gears faster. Personally i choose manual since you can do different tricks like drifting, and you feel more incontrol of the car, up to who wants what at the end. autos can drift to but manual is the way to go.

@TheCentz Your info is a bit off. Nothing shifts faster than machine. Especially when dealing with a forced induction car. Essentially, you're never in neutral so you're under constant boost which is ideal of faster acceleration. Of course what your goals are will determine your build. Drifting would require manual to hold the high RPM's to keep the wheels spinning. Drag would call for automatic. Highways can go either way but an auto will always be a bit faster.

@Suprayz You have to work a clutch and shift in a stick. Btw, the moment you engage the clutch, you're in neutral, which means you are no longer accelerating or building boost. Hence why a manual is slower. You never loose boost in an auto. Brake boost and off you go. And just remember to downshift. And no, an NA motor all together is fine if you don't want more than like 750 hp.
