I'm turning 18 in august and i have a slight scoliosis. i never had an x-ray and i dont know the exact curves of my spine. can i still fix my scoliosis by going to chiropractor?
@SeleneFaery Unfortunately there is no real answer to that question without assessing your spine individually. Many people have a slight curve to their spine that will be an issue. My best advice would be to get a checkup and see exactly what the situation is.
Does scoliosis (mild) affect height growth affect adolescent teenagers ages 13-15? If so, is it still possible for a back brace even though the degree is mild?
scoliosis will affect height, as the spine is bent therefore you may not be reaching your potential height. a brace will only be recommended if your spine is bent farther than a specific degree.
