@unholyfarter I very much doubt it grizzly bears are extremely tough there have been many cases were grizzly's have been shot multiple times only to go on to kill the shooter. Grizzly's can still potentially make mincemeat of people with high powered rifles so I guarantee you would not stand a chance with your melee weapons and armour. Its highly likely you would still die at close range even if you swaped your melee for a 9 or 10mm.

Why do people argue about the cross species battles...cats are much lighter and cannot through their weight around. They must target their attack and go for it.

Cats can take out much LARGER animals, thats what makes them impressive. A big cat would have to be experienced with these monsters, but could take one down. I've read about it.
