when is was in high school she was called names, slut, bitch, skank and people hated her, she talked to this guy named Mike, and he helped her reach her dream of becoming a singer, she was doing drugs, her parents abused her.. and then..she followed her dream, her dad died when she was 13, and her mom died from a car crash, she is now living with her best friend, she hasnt done drugs for 3 years now :)
I heard that Rose auditoned again this year, is it true? She should habe the top 36 last year, but is she tries out this year, maybe she will make the top 24, she has a great voice and she is unique.
imo americal idol is basically a beauty contest with people who are able to hold a tune. people like rose flack and megan corkery, etc are too good for americal idol.

Yes Danny has a good voice, and will no doubt please the audience for a few shows. He's not winning material, and is definitely not unique. The judges will get bored of him sounding too much like other artists, then he'll take mild criticism from them because they don't want to look like they're bashing a man whose wife is... still dead.
...So they'll let the public vote him out. Outrage. Why not skip all of that and be outraged at the true tragedy here? That Rose is not in, and Dan the dead wife man is.
