Which program did you use for the slow mo?

The footage is raw from the camera, I only used Movie Maker to tie the clips together.

It's real smooth. The reason I ask is because speed manipulation in FinalCut is pretty poor.

Yea, I have seen that myself. The EX-F1 camera has a function where you can record in 300, 600 or 1200fps . This was shot flipping between 30 and 300fps on the fly and replayed at 30fps.
